Privacy Policy
What this page covers. This policy describes how the public Kodama Labs website handles information. It reflects the site as it exists today: a reading site (the Economic Outlook) and free tools (the compound interest calculator). The member layer, when it launches, will have its own privacy terms.
What we don't collect. The public site does not require an account. The calculator runs entirely in your browser — the values you enter are not sent to our servers. The Outlook does not require sign-in to read.
Local storage. The site uses your browser's local storage for two things: drafts of op-eds when signed in as an author, and an author-mode code. These never leave your device.
Hosting and logs. The site is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure. Standard hosting request logs may be collected by the platform for operational and security purposes.
Third parties. We do not currently embed third-party advertising trackers or social pixels on this site. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive standard request metadata when the fonts are fetched.
Your choices. You can clear site data at any time through your browser's settings to remove any locally stored values associated with this site.
Contact. Privacy questions: development@kodamalabs.io.
Updates. If this policy changes meaningfully — for example when accounts launch — we'll update the date below and note what changed.
